Raymond Herbert "Ray" Wise is an American actor. He is best known for movies, such as Swamp Thing, RoboCop, Powder, Superman: Doomsday, and Batman: The Killing Joke. He has also made numerous television appearances in Charlie's Angels, Dallas, Days of Our Lives, Twin Peaks, Star Trek: Voyager, Reaper, Psych, Mad Men, How I Met Your Mother, The Young and the Restless, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
For Disney, he portrayed Dr. Aaron Striper in Powder, Randolph Pratt in The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon, Hugh Jones in Agent Carter, and Headmaster Gustafson in Dinner is Served, which is part of the Launchpad series. He also plays Marvin in Fresh Off the Boat, Frank in Home Economics, and portrayed the Secretary of State in X-Men: First Class.
