Pad-Varr is a Marvel Comics character that appears in the Disney Channel series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He is the father of Kid Kree and a general for the Kree Empire.
Pad-Varr was created by Brandon Montclare, Amy Reeder, and Marco Failla.

Personality
Pad-Varr is a strict disciplinarian who has high expectations for his son and, presumably, his race as a whole. When things go wrong, he will take action into his own hands. He is not entirely unreasonable as he actually listened to his son and even paid attention to the fact that he was good at science and was impressed with him, showing that he does care for his son.
Physical appearance
Pad-Varr is a large, well built man. Being of Kree heritage, he has blue skin and a thick black mustache. He is usually adorned in his Kree soldier armor which is teal green, black and silver with a Kree star insignia on the front.
Trivia
- In the comics, Pad-Varr did not send his son to Earth, as a matter of fact, he was trying to prevent him from going and learned too late what he had done. Upon arriving and learning what he had been doing, he tried to take Moon Girl himself, but was stopped by his own son.
