Lord Doom

Lord Doom is a minor character in the Disney Channel series The Ghost and Molly McGee. He is formally a terrifying ghost that becomes a plaything for a family.

Background

Personality

Lord Doom is a loud and excessive ghost who initially enjoyed causing destruction and mayhem upon humans and other ghosts, feared by even the Ghost Council. He was eventually sent to the Flow of Failed Phantoms by the original Ghost Chairman until both were dissolved by Molly McGee. He continued his rampage until Scratch (the new chairman) cursed him to be trapped in the first item he sees. He was supposed to be trapped in a soda bottle, but he tried to escape when the curse was placed, and ended up in a baby doll from Weird Larry's Pawn Shop.

While he still maintains a boisterous personality, his humiliation and time with Molly has caused him to reinvent himself as a caring ghost who enjoys the company his new family, particularly his own Octavius.

Physical appearance

In his ghost form, Lord Doom resembled a specter with a purple tattered hood and his face was a yellow skull with large blue eyes. Upon getting trapped within a doll, he now resembles a light skinned baby doll in a diaper with brown eyes, pink cheeks, and short red hair.

Powers and abilities

Like other ghosts, Lord Doom had the ability to alter his shape and change his appearance. Now in the body of a doll, his powers appear somewhat limited, but he is still capable of moving and is implied to show some level of strength.

Trivia

• The character in his ghost form resembles Lord Hater in Wander Over Yonder.
• According to Lucretia, he once ate an entire village for breakfast, then had their ghosts for lunch.
