Libe Alexandra Barer is an American actress, voice actress and writer. She is perhaps best known for her role as Carly Bowman in the Amazon Prime original series Sneaky Pete.
For Disney, she voiced Sage in Star Darlings, Violet Sabrewing in the Disney Channel/Disney XD animated series DuckTales, and Casey Calderon in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. She also made guest appearances in ABC shows, such as Grey's Anatomy.

- She is the younger sister of Ariela Barer, who portrayed Gert Yorkes in Runaways.
