Ke Huy Quan

Ke Huy Quan, also known as Jonathan Ke Quan, is a Vietnamese-American actor and stunt choreographer. He played Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) alongside Harrison Ford and Data in The Goonies (1985). Following a string of bit parts in the 90s, he stopped acting due to lack of opportunities, and obtained a film degree from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. He went on to work as a stunt coordinator and assistant director. He retired from acting in 2001 until his return in 2021. He also made an appearance in the Academy Award winning Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022), where he won the award for Best Supporting Actor.

For Disney, he portrayed Ouroboros in the second season of the Marvel Cinematic Universe Disney+ series Loki and Jamie Yao in the 2023 TV series American Born Chinese. He also portrayed Kim in Encino Man for Hollywood Pictures. In Disney's upcoming 2025 animated sequel Zootopia 2, he will voice Gary De'Snake, a fugitive reptile running from the law.
