Karen Duffy is an American actress, voice actress, model, and television personality. She is known for her various roles, such as Maria Rios in the 1991 comedy-drama film 29th Street and J.P. Shay in the 1994 buddy comedy film Dumb & Dumber. She slowly retired from acting after being diagnosed with neurosarcoidosis, which affected her brain and spinal cord and partially paralyzed her. She has since become a spokesperson for her condition.
For Disney, she played Shay Stanley in the 1994 live-action film Blank Check. She also voiced Sketch in the animated TV series Pepper Ann.
