The Boss is a minor antagonist in the 2025 Disney/Pixar animated series Win or Lose. He is the teenage manager of the Supermarket where Vanessa used to work at before he fired her.
Background
Personality
The Boss is a very callous character, often treating the people under his payroll with the upmost apathy. As a result, hardly anyone at the workplace thinks highly of him, with one of them, Nancy, taking a sick day to get away from him. He is also very demanding to his employees, wanting them to follow his command and as such, whenever someone, like Vanessa, rebels against him, he fires them.
The Boss is also pretty ignorant of how much no one seems to like him all that much, which is shown when he fully reads Nancy's text of how she is sick of him rather than being sick and he dismisses it as an auto-correct.
Physical appearance
The Boss has tan skin with freckles all over him and has black hair.
Trivia
- It is unknown what his real name is as even his name-tag simply refers to him as "Boss".
- Due to having the same voice actor, it is implied that he might be Chicken-Kev and robbed Rochelle, Vanessa's daughter, of the keys to the concession stand at the Ball Park in revenge for Vanessa walking out on him despite him firing her.
