Blind Al appeared in this film, with Leslie Uggams reprising her role from the Fox films. Blind Al appears to still be the roommate of Wade Wilson and is there for him when Vanessa Vanessa breaks up with him in 2018. Six years later in 2024, Blind Al attends Wade's birthday party when some TVA agents arrive to arrest Wilson for his actions with time travel from the second film, While Blind Al does not appear again for majority of the film, she does ask Wade if he wants to do some cocaine which he declines because of Disney. Blind Al is then seen again at the end of the film when Deadpool returns from the Void to Earth-10005, where the party continues and Al meets Logan/Wolverine, whom she welcomes warmly.
