William Raymond "Billy" Gardell is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and game show host, who is best known for his role as Mike Gibbs in the CBS sitcom Mike & Molly. He also hosts the lottery game show Monopoly Millionaires' Club.
For Disney, he voiced Mayor Chickenen in the Phineas and Ferb episode "One Good Turn". He also played Coach Bobby Campagnola in the Girl Meets World episode "Girl Meets High School: Part 2".
