The Demon Dojo is a character improvement feature available in Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness.
At the Dojo, units can be assigned to one of many training plans, granting various bonuses. As units in training participate in battle the training plan gains experience, eventually leveling up and increasing their bonus. Additionally, the amount of units that can be assigned to a training plan is equal to its level.
