Pipismon is a Mutant Digimon. It armor digivolved through the power of the "Digi-Egg of Love". It is said that this Digimon, which has the appearance of a bat, was born from the monitoring data of a certain electrical equipment manufacturer's ultrasonic sensor. Its large ears are able to capture sounds of any frequency. Also, the inside of its mouth has the structure of a speaker, allowing it to copy the sound it captures with its ears as it is and release it. It specializes in operating at night, and is able to accurately detect the enemy's position by using ultrasound, even in the dark. So if you hear strange sounds out of the dark, Pipismon might be close by.^[4]

Digimon Tamers: Battle of Adventurers

Pipismon was one of the Digimon who invaded the island base of VP Labs and held company president Ryuuji Tamashiro and programmer Takehito Uehara captive, threatening Uehara's daughter, Minami, to make him reveal the location of the V-Pet vaccine program. When Seasarmon and Growlmon burst into the complex to free Minami, Pipismon was destroyed with one Pyro Blaster shot by Growlmon, along with Ponchomon and Sepikmon.

Pipismon is #240, and is an Ultimate-level, Speed-class, Bird-species Digimon with a resistance to the Wind element and weakness to the Thunder element. Its basic stats are 204 HP, 236 MP, 124 Attack, 95 Defense, 109 Spirit, 112 Speed, and 50 Aptitude. It possesses the Psychic 4, DarkBreath4, and Sniper 3 traits.

Pipismon can be obtained by digivolving a Patamon with the Digi-Egg of Love when it is at least level 21, with 100 speed.

Pipismon can DNA digivolve to Devitamamon with Scorpiomon, or to VenomMyotismon with Dragomon.

Digimon Battle

Pipismon is a Rookie level Digimon that Armor digivolves from Patamon using the Digi-Egg of Love.

Digimon Adventure:

Pipismon lost its home to Millenniummon's rampage. After that, it helped T.K. push ElDradimon to Cloud Continent. Later it reacted to the attack of a group of Soundbirdmon.
