Phascomon is a Dark Animal Digimon. It inhabits the dark "Evil Forest" that is spread vast across the Dark Area. It always curls up in a treetop and sleeps often. At a glance, it seems like it's harmless, but it is a fully-fledged Demon Digimon, and there have been many injuries reported from it leaping from the treetop and attacking people as soon as they let their guard down.[2]
Attacks
- Evil Snore: Emits a sleep wave from its sleepy-looking eyes.
- Eucalyptus Claw: Attacks with sharp claws containing paralyzing venom.
Design
Phascomon is based on a koala with horns on its head, a pair of wings that are on its back and a demonic tail.

When Feresmon took over Witchelny, it banned the practicing and teaching of magic. Leomon would hold secret lessons with a Phascomon being one of the Digimon who attended. Devimon and the Vilemon found out though, and attacked them with Leomon holding them off so that the young Digimon could get away. Witchelny's Plight After Bulkmon defeats Feresmon and frees Witchelny it and its friends tell the Digimon of Witchelny they were now free. This delighted the residents, causing them to celebrate. Digimon Seekers ~The Crossroad Witch~
At some point, a Phascomon was one of the countless Digimon captured and kept prisoner inside cages by WaruMonzaemon at the Crossroads Fortress. When Shuu Yulin and Ryudamon travel there looking for BlackAgumon, they see all the caged up Digimon. Ryudamon fights WaruMonzaemon, with all of its Iai Blade attacks missing WaruMonzaemon. This was intentional though, as Ryudamon wasn't aiming for WaruMonazemon — it was aiming for the cages, with this freeing all of the captive Digimon. When WaruMonzaemon was about to kill Ryudamon, most of the freed Digimon confront it and say to let Ryudamon go. WaruMonzaemon beats all of them up, though this just causes Ryudamon to warp digivolve to Hisyaryumon and kill WaruMonzaemon. The former prisoners then thank their heroes as they leave.
