Wormsign is an event that takes place in the Sacellum of Virtue in Act IV of Diablo III. It is sometimes available as a bounty.
The Nephalem must kill four of Demonic Hell Bearers which rise up around the square walkway of the Sacellum - two from the exterior of the north sides, and two from the interior of the south side. They spew up numerous Demon Marauders until they are killed. A few Darksky Fire Demons drop projectiles and land to attack during and after the event as well. After the Hell Bearers are slain, Fenring, a Unique Oppressor, appears near the front side of the square. Killing him ends the event, awarding gold and experience.

"Wormsign" is a well-known term within the Dune universe, referring to signs that one of the giant sandworms of Arrakis is approaching - in this case represented by the Demonic Hell Bearers of the event. Count Fenring is an antagonist from the first novel.
