Willbillow is a Legendary Monk off hand tonfa in Diablo Immortal. When equipped, it enables the player to use a variant of Wave Strike.
Willbillow bears cosmetic synergy with the Legendary items; Resurgency (head), Fate Alight (shoulders), Gergel's Familiarity (pants), Ordered Obsidian (chest), and Arc of the Ascendants (main hand). They are all available as loot only at Hell I difficulty and beyond.

Zaim made the mountains, and he cannot bear to do more than split them. To bring them low is the duty of Inna's raindrops.
