Utar's Roar

Utar's Roar is a crafted Legendary axe in Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to be used. Its level 40 crafted equivalent is The Wedge.

It is one of the two one-handed melee weapons in game to add bonus Cold skill damage, the other being Azurewrath.

Crafting

Utar's Roar can be crafted using the Plan: Utar's Roar, 64000 gold, 20 Reusable Parts, 20 Arcane Dust, 30 Veiled Crystals, Khanduran Rune and Corrupted Angel Flesh.

Prior to patch 2.0.6., it also required one portion of Frozen Blood, which only dropped from Chiltara.
