The Dregs are a monster family in Diablo IV, introduced in Vessel of Hatred. They are found in Nahantu.
Lore
The Dregs are humans who have ventured into the deep parts of the Nahantu jungles. The Dregs began experimenting with eating hallucinogens found in the jungles' flora and/or fauna, sending them into a psychotic rage.[1]
