Swamp Ghosts are variants of the Willowisp. They are the spirits of those who died violent deaths and whose corpses remained in the noisome muck of the swamps of Kurast.[1]
They are unused. They have a 60% chance to deal Mana Burn with melee. While their name points to a possibility of them being in Great Marsh, there is Gloam there already, and they have a bigger level than that location.
