Split Serpents are monsters that appear in Diablo Immortal. These hydra-esque beasts are part of the wildlife of the Southern Dreadlands that have been mutated by proximity to the Shardstorms.
Lore
The rampant power of creation has an unyielding appetite for growth, and simple marsh dwellers of the Underdeeps have not been spared the Worldstone's passing. Split Serpents are subjugated by their mutating bodies—their skin brims with razor-sharp scales, and they sprout new trunks and heads with twice the hunger of their earlier days.[1]
In-game
Split Serpents can be found in the Underdeeps. They normally attack via bites. The left head can spew oil which is ignited by its right head.
