Rhau'Kye, the Eye of Flame is a unique Morlu Caster in Diablo III. He can be found within The Silver Spire Level 2 in Act IV.
In combat, he has the Waller and Wormhole traits.
A bounty may be offered to kill Rhau'Kye, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 100 enemies.
