Quality Well is a small dungeon that can spawn in The Old Ruins or on Old Tristram Road in Act I of Diablo III.
The dungeon is similar to Development Hell in that all the monsters are named after Blizzard Entertainment employees, the difference being that the monsters in the well are named after the Quality Assurance team members. Unlike Development Hell though, there is no achievement associated with the dungeon.

Development Hell and Quality Well believed no longer spawn after blizzard stated that in-game characters will no longer be named after real employees.
