Plague Nests, also known as Rotting Broodmothers are the fully matured form of Foul Raptors.
Lore
These pulsating growths spew forth batlike demons that blight the surrounding flora. As a plague nest pullulates, it increasingly resembles the monstrosities it births.[1]
Though its young can fly, a Plague Nest's wings are vestigial. Instead, they can swim.[2] A Plague Nest has a vaguely insectoid mouth; with 4 outer jaws like the mandibles of an insect, and a proboscis ending in ringed teeth.[2]

In-game
Plague Nests are a type of monster seen in Diablo Immortal. They are encountered in Bilefen. They attack with Poison Spit, and can Lay Eggs which hatch into Plague Carriers. They can also spit out poison.
