The Path of War appears in the Realm of Pandemonium in Act V of Diablo III.
Quest
In Act V, Quest 5 - The Pandemonium Gate, You'll follow Imperius through the portal of the Path of War. Once you arrive on the other side of the portal, the next quest begins (Quest 6 - The Battlefields of Eternity).
