Pablo DeSoto is a resident of Wortham and knowledgeable about magic. He has a daughter, and is prejudiced against the Priests of Rathma.
Biography
DeSoto was encountered by the scholar Abd al-Hazir. DeSoto rudely demanded that Hazir stay away from his daughter, but was otherwise quite sociable. He told Hazir about the nearby Festering Woods, explaining that it had its origins with the deeds of the necromancers. Indeed, he attributed many of Sanctuary's woes to them, including the darkening of Tristram at the hands of Diablo.[1]
