Maliduces (a.k.a. Doomwardens) are a type of demon. Servants of Skarn, they apparently delight in torturing prisoners inside the Halls of Punishment.[1]
In-game
Maliduces are encountered in Diablo Immortal. They are encountered in the Citadel of the Damned[2], and appear to spawn in alternation with Branded Ones.
Maliduces have two pairs of arms. In their upper pair they wield swords which project heat. They attack in melee with Fire Hit, and can project a fiery blade beam.
In their lower pair they wield sickles, which can project constructs in the shape of daggers; either as a single projectile, or as a nova in a semicircle.
