Ixatla, Hive Queen, is a Unique Scouring Charger found in the Battlefields of Eternity in Act V of Diablo III. She only spawns for The Hive event, and must be killed to finish it.
In combat, she has no affixes. However, she is accompanied by Primordial Chargers (empowered Chargers and Lobbers), and will summon more minions at will. Her own attack is empowered charge which pierces through enemies, leaving exploding crystals in its wake. Chargers and Lobbers also spawn from these crystals if those are allowed to explode naturally.
