Grool, Bloodthirsty Mangler, is a Unique Ghoul found in the Eastern Channel in Act II of Diablo III.
In combat, he has the Extra Health, Vampiric and Frozen affixes.
A bounty may be offered to kill Grool, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 50 enemies.
