Grimsmack, Stover of Heads is a unique Ghoul found in the Festering Woods in Act I of Diablo III. He can also appear in Wortham occasionally.
In combat, he has the Plagued, Knockback and Jailer traits.
A bounty may be offered to kill Grimsmack, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 125 enemies.
