The Flame Dart is a Fire themed Unique Hunter's Bow firing flaming arrows in Diablo I.
The elemental damage on bows is quite buggy in Diablo I, and can do almost no damage, or much more than the listed, since the Fire/Lightning sometimes checks for hit multiple times. Though this weapon lists the fire damage twice, only one 1-6 Fire Damage is checked per shot.
