Dreadgrasp, Tendrils of Evil is a unique Herald of Pestilence that can spawn in The Battlefields in Diablo III.
It has the Mortar, Electrified and Plagued affixes.
A bounty may be offered to kill Dreadgrasp, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 50 enemies.
