The Decay Golem appears as a super unique monster in Diablo Immortal. It was one of the golems summoned by Lethes to guard one of her Death Rituals in Ashwold Manor, and is the second the player must fight.[1] It has the standard swipe and leap attacks used by golems, though its melee attack inflicts poison and the impact from its leaps create poison pools that slows and damages the player.
