Circle of Life Passive When an enemy dies within 20 yards, there is a 15% chance that a Zombie Dog will automatically emerge. The range of this effect is increased by your health globe and gold pickup radius. If Zombie Dogs have a rune, summoned Dogs will benefit from it.

Circle of Life is a Witch Doctor passive skill, unlocked at level 10.
This skill works even if the Witch Doctor does not have the Summon Zombie Dogs skill.
