Brakan, Vizier of the Coven, is a Unique Dark Cultist found in the Highlands Cave in Act I of Diablo III.
He appears during the Apothecary's Brother event, along with several other Coven monsters.
In combat, he has Electrified affix. Killing him and all other cultists ends the event.
