Blightfiends are creatures in service to the Red Cloaked Horror.[1] They emerged during the Midwinter Blight.[2]
The Blightfiends constructed Frigid Husks, and danced around them.[2]

Blightfiends appear in the Midwinter Blight event in Diablo IV.[1]
