Barfield

Barfield, Appetite Gone Wrong is a unique Grotesque found in the Lower Realm of Infernal Fate: Cathedral in Act IV of Diablo III.

In combat, it has Missile Dampening and Electrified affixes.

A bounty may be offered to kill Barfield, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 125 enemies.
