NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) is a government agency in charge of the US space program. With in Dexter's Laboratory, all members of NASA are required to wear space suits regardless if they're in space or not.

Dexter's Debt
In this episode, it is revealed that Dexter buys many of his technological equipment from NASA... but it seems he never payed his bills accordingly, making them pile up into an enormous debt which he had to pay off - or face the consequences. Luckily, Dee Dee helped him pay off his debt... in exchange for the majority of his lab.
Simion
NASA was responsible for sending Simion into space and unintentionally causing his horrible accident, thus turning him into an evil warlord that desired Earth's destruction.
