Primus Sha'aull is a Cabal Ultra encountered during the story mission The Garden's Spire. He is the leader of the Cabal detachment the Blind Legion.[1]
Description
Primus looks like a Cabal Centurion, but has a gold chest plate and a fan of feathers on his back plate. He wields a Cabal Projection rifle.
