Physical Appearance

Meadow is a beautiful girl with fair skin, rosy cheeks, brown eyes with blue eye-shadow, and glasses. She is well known for her long fast-growing hair, but while naturally blonde, she has highlights that are colored orange, blue, green, and yellow.

She appears among the other students from Merlin Academy during Uliana's transformation into a partial flamingo, and laughing after her fall into the fountain.

Trivia

  • During the initial production of Descendants: The Rise of Red, she was initially referred to as "Zellie".[3] When the film's characters were announced, she also was referred to as "the teen Rapunzel",[4] and also as "Rapunzel's teen daughter",[5] although initial descriptions of the character such as "she's left her tower and enrolled at Merlin Academy"[5] and having "fast-growing hair"[2] describe Rapunzel herself. As well as her clothes are quite similar to Rapunzel's. In the final version of the film, it is unknown if she still has any connection to Rapunzel. According to Suzanne Todd, executive producer of The Rise of Red, the role originally planned for "Zellie" as a more relevant character being discarded because they ran out of real estate,[6] with the character renamed as Meadow ending up being a background character without dialogue.
  • She was originally going to be some sort of love interest for Chloe Charming.
    • In the storyboard demo for Life Is Sweeter, and in the final deleted version of her verse, Chloe flirted with her to some extent and Red teased her for it.
