Whiskey is a food item that can be used a pain killer, and when drunk also applies various drunk symptoms. It can be crafted on the kitchen stove as a level 4 recipe.
Quest uses
This item is most notable for users needing to find it for the ending portion of the safer underground part of the Chapter II: Impending Doom quest line. One important thing to note is that quality does not matter for finishing this quest. The easiest way to find them is by going to the mall, going into the parking lot to the north of spawn, and finding all 3 needed whiskeys in the bar in the north west area of the parking lot. Also you can buy it from Henry Collins in Lakeview for 5
