The toy car is a super fast but super weak weapon. It's main use is it's combo which can be used for moving faster (although the wooden cane is generally preferred as it not only increases speed more, it also requires less stamina to use and is craftable). Another use for this weapon is to activate "[Attack 20%]" type upgrade kits/weapon modifiers/clothing set buffs, as the fast attacks will causes these to trigger much faster.
