The taser is a powerful weapon with decent speed. It is the best weapon in the game for dealing electrical damage, making it the favored weapon for completing side missions that require it, and can also stun wet enemies. It can be salvaged for a chance of precious ore, but this should be done in inventory rather than in camp for better odds. It can be crafted on the Assembling table as a level 4 recipe.
