The food bag is a quest item that is used in the Chapter I: The search for Egon - Proving Yourself quest.
Obtaining
Food bags can only be found in Sacramento, and has 2 ways to obtain it:
- Search crates / bags / containers (this is the recommended way as it's quicker)
- Kill infecteds (this takes some time as they're a rare drop)
