Vibe became a member of the Justice League after the Thanagarian invasion.
History
He has put his superpowers to good use on a number of occasions. He helped battle Mordru when he attacked Earth, as well as helping during the Dark Heart incident. He also aided Flash in rescuing survivors in Covenant, New Mexico after it was hit by the Binary Fusion Generator.
Background information
In the DC Comics, Paco Ramone was a former gang leader of the Detroit gang "Los Lobos" who had the power to produce sound waves. He was killed by one of Professor Ivo's androids during the "Legends" storyline, becoming the first Justice Leaguer to be killed in the line of duty.
