The Top Hat Joker was a member of the Jokerz.

History

Top Hat and a couple of other Jokerz tried to mug Ro once but were fought off by Batman. The gang later tried to mug Zeta but when he wouldn't comply they all jumped him. However he was too strong for them too handle and threw him off a bridge. Batman found him and interrogated him.^[1]

Background information

The Top Hat Joker is never identified by name. In total, the character model was used with three different color schemes: red hair and black and gray clothing, black hair and purple and green clothing, and once black skin and purple, green and black clothing.
