Timecode was a costumed supervillain with the knowledge to travel in time.
History
He was reportedly a physicist, who, for unknown reasons, became a gimmick villain. He planned to make a fortune from his time machine by helping wanted criminals escape into the future. Timecode settled his base of operations in Gotham's warehouse district, where he was found by the police, and easily defeated by Static, Batman and Robin. Timecode was arrested, but his impounded time machine accidentally dispatched Static into Terry McGinnis's era.
