The Chemist

The Chemist was a walking encyclopedia on acids, explosives, and poisons.

History

After the Jade Cat Statue was stolen from the Gotham University Museum with an acid, Catwoman and Batgirl looked up the Chemist at the Stacked Deck. They rounded him up, chased everyone else away and showed him residue of the chemicals. He identified it, believing it came from Axis Engineering, Phoenix Pharmaceuticals, or Daggett Industries. Though he didn't say the last one out loud, Catwoman guessed it. In the confusion, the Chemist made a run for it.

Background information

According to Dan Riba, The Chemist was based on Doctor Sivana.^[1]
