Steven Weber (born March 4, 1961 in Briarwood, Queens) is an American actor. His voice acting credits include Norman Osborn/Green Goblin in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon series, Charlie Barkin in the All Dogs Go to Heaven franchise (beginning with the 1996 TV series), and Simeon and a slave trader in the DreamWorks movie Joseph: King of Dreams. His best known on-screen role was Brian Hackett in the TV series Wings (which also starred Tim Daly and Farrah Forke).
In 2013, he and Dana Delany co-starred in the stage play The Parisian Woman.
