History
Pete had a knife-throwing act with his wife Connie. Part of their act involved Connie being tied to a rotating target, and Pete throwing tomahawks at her while dressed like an Indian. Both weren't surprised to see Dick Grayson return to the circus. Mad Hatter placed Pete under mind control to fend off Nightwing.
