The Marshall Award was an annual award presented by the Gotham City bar association.
History
Harvey Dent was one of the winners of the award, which was an oversized gavel with a plaque attached. In his identity of the Judge, he used the award as a mallet to attack Killer Croc, but it was destroyed in the process. Later, Batman analyzed it to see if it would help him to identify the Judge, and sure enough, it did.
