John Rhys-Davies

John Rhys-Davies (born May 5, 1944 in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire) is a Welsh actor. He is best known for his supporting roles as Sallah in the Indiana Jones movies and Gimli in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
