Cerestone was an experimental hormone developed by Wayne-Powers that accelerated plant growth. It was estimated to revolutionize the farming industry. During a heist to the company's laboratory, Charlie Bigelow was soaked in the chemicals and mutated into the brute known as "Big Time".[1]
This chemical was also used in Ronny Boxer's experiments to enhance dogs for illegal games.[2]
